These Terms and Conditions govern the appointment booking process for dermatologist consultations and skin analysis machine sessions offered by Bandari Beauty and are valid for bookings made for the next three months.

1. Booking Process: 1.1. Appointment bookings can be made through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team directly. 1.2. All bookings are subject to availability, and appointment times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 1.3. Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including personal details and any relevant medical history.

2. Late Arrival: 2.1. Customers are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. 2.2. In the event of late arrival, the Company reserves the right to admit based on subsequent bookings or reduce the duration of the appointment to accommodate subsequent bookings. 2.3. If a customer arrives more than 30 minutes late, the Company will deem the appointment as a no show, and the customer will forfeit their booking without refund.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: 3.1. Customers can only cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges. 3.2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee. 3.3. Cancellation fees are determined at the discretion of the Company and will vary based on the type of appointment booked.

4. Refunds: 4.1. Refunds for cancelled appointments will be processed within 5 days from the date of cancellation. 4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. 4.3. Refunds are subject to deduction of any applicable cancellation fees as per section 3 of these Terms and Conditions. 4.4 Any purchased during a sale is NON-REFUNDABLE.

5. Changes by the Company: 5.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to appointment times, locations, or personnel in exceptional circumstances. 5.2. In the event of such changes, reasonable efforts will be made to notify affected customers as soon as possible.

6. Liability: 6.1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the customer’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 6.2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information by the customer during the booking process.

7. Acceptance of Terms: 7.1. By booking an appointment with the Company, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 7.2. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the cancellation of the appointment without refund.

8. Governing Law: 8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

By booking an appointment with Bandari Beauty, customers signify their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
