Once you place your order and complete payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us for assistance. Orders are processed within 2-48 hours, except for pre-order items.
Delivery & Pickup Options
We offer the following options for receiving your order:
- Free Nationwide Delivery - Enjoy complimentary delivery across Kenya for orders above Ksh 1,500. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details where applicable. Delivery will be completed within 2 to 24 hours.
- Shop Pickup - For added convenience, you can opt to pick up your order from our designated pickup location. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you with the necessary details.
- Important Information - Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.
