Returns & Refund Policy

At Bandari Beauty, we uphold the highest standards of quality and service. Before placing an order, we strongly advise reviewing our policies, terms, and conditions, as all transactions are subject to these guidelines.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, items must remain in their original, untampered condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Bandari Beauty will not accept any product that shows signs of damage, use, or defective packaging.

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective. The wrong item was shipped.
  • The purchased item is sold out.

Exchanges must be requested within three (3) working days from the date of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Bandari Beauty does not issue cash refunds. Refunds are only applicable if an item is sold out and has not been processed or shipped. In such cases, processing takes 3–5 working days, excluding the shipping fee.

As an alternative, customers may opt
for a Bandari Beauty gift card equivalent to the purchase amount (excluding shipping fees).

Important Notes:

Sale items are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

Analysis Sale vouchers must be redeemed within three (3) months.
